Suggestions for packing...
“Jiffy” or
similar mailing bags , on sale at most Post Offices, are
lightweight, easy to use, and offer best protection for films,
slides or photos. By
removing film spools from metal or other heavy containers, you can
save postage. Take care
packing still photos: use a rigid card backing.
Pack any glass-mounted slides in extra bubble wrap.
Overseas customers, please send in your original materials via your Post Office, and use International Recorded Delivery or other Post Office signed-for
service. Some other carriers are not quite so swift or reliable as may at first appear. Also, they invariably cost more than the Post Office fee!
All original material carefully packed and returned to you with your video within seven days of receipt. For added security we use the Post Office
Recorded Delivery Service.
Payment in £ sterling, cheque or credit transfer please.
In the extremely
unlikely event of loss or damage to your original material
whilst in our care, howsoever caused, our liability limited to
prepaid charges and excludes replacement cost of materials.
Copyright of any material submitted for transfer to video,
including any audio content, is the customer’s responsibility.
Finished picture quality depends on the quality of the original material. But please note your money will be refunded if copy quality is not up to your expectations.
To receive a refund, simply return the work to us within seven days of receipt. See our Video
Guarantee details.
Where
possible, we will produce your work on DVD or VHS video cassettes to match the system used in your
country, e.g. PAL, SECAM or NTSC format, unless otherwise
requested.
